I grew up in a family that always had beach rental homes in the islands. This passion was breaded in me from birth. I went to school to complete a BSBA in Business management with a focus on accounting. Returned home and work with Beaches TCI in cost control and later to TCIG where I audited villas and any services in the tourism industry.
I saw the help the industry so needed and how hiring the wrong individuals for the job cost them so much over the years.
To be considered a Property Manager you must be well aware of the laws and the regulations and also ensure that you are not hurting the homes you care for. Anyone can manage a home by keeping it clean but managing a home and it’s affairs are much more than just keeping a clean home and generating income. It is also about ensuring those incomes are protected and maximizing on ways you can make more money.
